A three-day retreat for Asian Americans · Vancouver · June 26–28, 2026
Breakthrough.
Coming home to who you are.
15-minute fit call with a facilitator. No pressure.
What It Is
A three-day deep inner work workshop designed for Asian Americans ready to break through the cultural conditioning, intergenerational patterns, and inherited beliefs that have kept them stuck.
Who This Is For
If you’ve spent your life making yourself smaller, in your family, at work, in relationships, and you can feel the cost of having stayed quiet for this long.
If you carry intergenerational patterns from what your family went through to get you here, and you’ve never had the space or the language to put them down.
If your upbringing didn’t leave room for the full expression of who you are, your anger, your softness, your wanting, your voice, and you can sense the parts that got shut down to keep the peace.
If you’ve been performing a version of yourself that your family, your culture, or society expected, and you’re ready to find out who you are when you stop.
If you know you’re meant for more, fuller relationships, deeper community, work that actually means something, and you just don’t know where to begin.
If you’re looking for the way home to yourself, not in theory, not in a book, but in a room with other people who carry the same inheritance and want the same thing.

From Past Attendees
“He created the space for me to express my anger and frustration without having to hold back. As an Asian person, there’s so much conditioning to respect authority and not speak up. This was different.”
Andy L.
“I’ve been doing inner work for over a decade. But to be amongst a group of Asian peers was deeply significant. Healing with my own people who understand my challenges is something else.”
Daniel W.
“The level of vulnerability and truth we shared through the lens of love and compassion was unreal. I gained the gift of embracing myself, all of me.”
Chanee U.
“It was so wonderful to be in a space speaking on Asian identity. You all immediately made me feel like I belonged and was safe to be there.”
Maze F.
“I left with clarity, actions, and a declaration to myself. I am starting the year awakened, empowered, inspired, and activated.”
Valerie P.
“From somatic work to parts work to channeling anger, it’s been so powerful to see others process things they’ve been bottling up for years.”
Patrick V.
What You’ll Do
Break your patterns.
Through facilitator-led group work, opening circles, and the cultural conversations most of us have never had a safe space to have.
Get in your body.
Somatic practices, breathwork, and movement work that helps you access what the mind alone can’t reach.
Release inner blocks.
Practices that identify and move what’s been driving your imposter syndrome, inner critic, and the limiting beliefs that have held you back your whole life.
Deepen relationships.
Practices that move you past surface-level connection, where you experience what it feels like to be seen, to truly see another person, and to receive without flinching.
